We are taking action by minimising the environmental impact of our business operations. Our efforts aim to enhance our positive impact for our people and communities where we operate and reside.

In collaboration with organisations such as Energy Savings Trust and Catalyst, we established a baseline for our Scope 1, 2, and relevant Scope 3 emissions in 2023.

Our immediate focus is on reducing Scope 1 and 2 emissions, which we are addressing through several initiatives including:

• Reducing CO2 emissions from company vehicles
• Replacing traditional lighting with energy-efficient LED units
• Rolling out smart meters for electricity and gas
• Purchasing electricity from renewable sources

As we progress, we are constantly refining our approach to our net zero strategy, especially as we gather more data to support our plans. We acknowledge that achieving our net zero targets involves numerous variables and uncertainties that are outside of our influence, such as policy makers, governments, and suppliers.
