Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS), one of the leading suppliers of valuation panel management services, has announced the appointment of Hugh Riley as Regional Director for the South West & South Wales.
In his role as Regional Director, supported by both the Regional Operations Manager and Managing Surveyors, he will be responsible for implementing the overall strategy into the region whilst supporting CSS surveyors in reaching their full potential and delivering on client expectations.
Hugh has worked in the property sector for over 30 years and joins CSS following 14 years as a Senior Regional Surveyor (South) at SDL Surveying. Prior to that role he was an associate partner at Simmons & Sons estate agency and started his career as a negotiator at Woolwich Property Services. He is also a RICS Fellow.
He has long-standing and widespread experience in Joint High Valuation Inspections (£3M+) and compliant High Value process design. Aligned with significant industry technical expertise and a specialist interest in Green Mortgages, Domestic EPC Retrofit (including Spray Foam issues), Non Traditional Property and fringe subject matter, he will bring a wealth of experience and expertise to CSS.
