The CSS Leadership Development Programme will deliver a number of seminars and workshops over the next 10 months with participants learning a range of skills and how to utilise them as well as offering the opportunity to be a part of strategic projects.
The aim of the programme is to not only strengthen personal leadership skills but to also nurture and encourage the potential of the participants. The first session took place at the end of September in the form of an interactive Insights Discovery workshop run by Weston College.
CSS recently announced that a further 12 trainees have successfully graduated as AssocRICS surveyors to take the total number passing through the Countrywide Training Academy to almost 400.
Rebecca Freeman- Director of Field Operations at Countrywide Surveying Services, commented:
“Supporting future leaders of our business is incredibly important to us. A number of our current leadership team have come through our Leadership Development Programme and we very much look forward to the ideas, innovation and different perspectives that the current group has to offer.”
